Leadership Coaching

We believe that when we gather to reflect, practice, and make meaning of our experiences, we can grow in our ability to access our liberatory power in service of community. Identity-affirming coaching relationships can be a space for Black women in leadership to access healing, joy, personal growth, and connection.

Our leadership coaching supports Black women to lead with clarity and care. Our 1:1 coaching sessions create space for reflection, skill-building, and transformational growth. We partner with clients to navigate challenges, affirm their leadership voice, and access liberatory power in service of their purpose and community.

Leadership coaching packages start at $1,200, which includes biweekly sessions and personalized resources. Custom packages are available upon request.
